To preserve the character and integrity of Magnolia Dunes that reflects the graciousness of “Old Florida” living and in harmony with its natural settings, all properties are required to have the HOA approved black mailbox and painted wooden post. Below is a copy of the construction plans for the mailbox post. The approved color for the post is a Behr exterior semi-gloss. Please refer to the paint color mixture specification link. Each side of the upper mailbox surround will have the house numbers. The numbers are to be nail-on, 4-inch, black aluminum, or black plastic construction. The mailbox should conform to all USPS requirements.
It is the homeowners responsibility to maintain, repair or replace the mailbox and post. If you need to replace the post, there are a few neighbors who can build one for you.
