Our Covenants and Restrictions and ARB Guidelines (also know as The Magnolia Dunes Building Guidelines 2022) are to preserve the character and integrity of Magnolia Dunes that reflects the graciousness of “Old Florida” living.

The operation of Magnolia Dunes Homeowners Association (HOA) is governed by volunteer directors and is elected by the community to oversee daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining homeowners’ compliance with the established covenants and bylaws.
